Our family ordered the chorriqueso (pictured), flautas, birria tacos (pictured), and chocoflan. Everything was phenomenal and portions were great. Birria tacos were stuffed with meat. The salsa was also really good. I had seen another review that said it was watery. Maybe they've fixed it since then, because it was a good consistency and had good flavor as well. Our server was also fantastic, and everyone was very friendly. I'd definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area. ”

The follow on is nothing less than exceptional, the staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food is fantastic, you can taste the fresh ingredients and can tell that every dish is authentically prepared. The portions are generous so you’ll be taking some home. Did not quite reach my typical scoville level, but with the addition of fresh jalapenos it certainly answers the mail. Even their hot sauces are home made and not a commercial bottle. This is a great can’t miss meal that will keep you coming back. ”

My wife had street tacos that she said were pretty good as well. This is by far one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants on the coast in my opinion. They could definitely compete on a bigger level with any of the name brand restaurant here. Jalapenos, El Rancho, El Saltillos etc. We'll definitely be back. ”
